Shipping policy
In most cases we process, pack and ship your order within 3–5 business days. To ensure the best quality, most of our products are made to order. If an item is out of stock we will notify you by email.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within the estimated timeframe, email us. We will investigate and give you an update on your package within 24 hours.
Shipping delays usually happen when an item in your order is being restocked or produced. This does not indicate any problem with your order. If your order goes past the estimated processing time, email us right away.
