RETURN/EXCHANGE

GRYFT offers a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please read the policy below before you order.

  • If you receive a damaged product, we will provide $15 towards the return shipping fee.
  • If the return is for incorrect sizing or an unwanted item, return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • If the return is for any other non-quality reason, return shipping is also paid by the customer.

Please note

  • Items must be returned in perfect condition, with all accessories, documents and hangtags included in your order.
  • Returns on promotional bundles are prorated across all qualifying items and applied to the refund or credit amount.
  • Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return, and one to two payment cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you return part of an order that was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced.
